Guests open the event link or scan a QR code, take one selfie, and the AI instantly matches their face across every uploaded photo - showing them a personal gallery of only the photos they appear in. The whole process takes under 10 seconds.

No download required. Guests scan a QR code or tap a shared link, take a quick selfie, and their personal gallery appears immediately. For a native experience, the My Chitram app is also available on Android and iOS.

You share an event link or QR code with your guests. They open it, take a selfie, and instantly see every photo they appear in. They can then download individual photos or the full album with one tap.

Any event where photos are taken - weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, college fests, Navratri and cultural programmes, sports events, family reunions, school annual days, product launches, and conferences. We handle events from 20 guests to over 5,000 attendees.

Yes. After logging in, guests can add family profiles by taking selfies of each member. When they switch to a family member's profile, the gallery shows only that person's photos. Whole families can find their photos from a single account.

No. Your face data is stored as an encrypted mathematical embedding - not as a raw photo. Photographers can set an expiry date for all event data. You can also request deletion of your profile at any time from within your gallery settings. We never share face data with third parties.

Never. Each guest's gallery is private and personalised - they can only see photos they appear in. Events are also protected by an access passcode set by the photographer, so only invited guests can enter the gallery.

Photographers control how long photos are available. They can set a custom expiry date for each event. After expiry, photos are automatically removed from our servers. On-demand deletion is also available at any time from the admin panel.

Yes. My Chitram is built with privacy by design. Face embeddings are encrypted, data is not sold or shared, users can request deletion, and access controls are strict. We follow data minimisation principles - we collect only what is needed to deliver your photos.

JPEG, JPG, PNG, and HEIC are all supported. You can upload in bulk - drag and drop hundreds of photos at once. The platform automatically processes and indexes faces from every photo you upload.

Yes. You can upload your studio logo and it will appear as a watermark on all gallery photos. You can also add a "Shot by [Name]" credit and choose from multiple gallery themes (Dark, Light, Sage, Slate, Rose) to match your brand aesthetic.

Yes. Multiple team members can upload photos to the same event from different devices simultaneously. All uploaded photos are combined into one searchable pool, so guests see their complete gallery regardless of which photographer captured them.

Photo limits depend on your plan. The pay-per-event plan covers up to a set number of photos. Monthly plans include higher or unlimited uploads. Contact us for large-scale events (10,000+ photos) and we'll tailor a solution.

Yes. You can create folders (e.g. "Ceremony", "Reception", "Group Photos") within an event. Guests can browse by folder or search across all folders using face recognition simultaneously.

Yes. You can create your first event and upload up to a limited number of photos for free to test the platform. No credit card required. When you're ready to go live with a full event, choose the plan that fits your needs.

We offer two models. Pay-per-event: pay once for a single event - ideal for photographers who shoot occasionally. Monthly subscription: unlimited events under one plan - ideal for active photographers and studios shooting multiple events per month.

No. Guests always access and download their photos for free. All charges are on the photographer's side. This means zero barrier for your guests to receive their memories.

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account settings. You retain access until the end of your paid billing period. No cancellation fee.

My Chitram achieves 99.9% accuracy under normal event conditions. The AI model handles variations in lighting, angles, expressions, makeup and outfits reliably. For best results, selfies taken in reasonable light give the sharpest match.

Yes. The model is trained on diverse event conditions including indoor low light, side profiles, partial occlusion, and large group shots. It can identify faces even when they appear small in a crowd photo, as long as the face is reasonably clear.

My Chitram works on all modern smartphones and tablets - Android and iOS. It also runs in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop. The selfie is captured using the device's built-in camera directly in the browser, or download the My Chitram app for an even smoother experience.

Photos are processed and indexed in real time as you upload them. Guests can start searching and finding their photos within minutes of the first upload - even while you're still uploading the rest of the event photos in the background.
