1. Service Overview

My Chitram provides AI-powered face recognition and photo management services for photography studios, event organizers, and businesses. Our platform enables automated photo sorting, gallery creation, and client delivery.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One account per email address and phone number is permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free Trial

• New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial of the Basic plan.
• Only one free trial is allowed per email address and phone number, ever.
• After the trial expires, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service.
• No credit card is required for the free trial.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Paid plans are billed according to the selected plan cycle (monthly or yearly).
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
• Access to services will be suspended if payment is not received on time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload, store, or process content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Data & Privacy

• We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Photos and facial data uploaded to the platform are processed solely to deliver the service.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The My Chitram platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the property of DRCINFOTECH and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Chitram and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
